South Pine offers modern, flexible rooms for hire, ideal for, but not limited to, meetings, training sessions, workshops, and community events. All rooms are accessible with lift access, and optional catering is available to enhance your event, creating a professional and welcoming experience for all attendees.
Room options include :
- 3 Remote Offices
- Boardroom
- 3 Function Rooms – Three versatile function rooms that can be used individually or combined into one large space.
- 2 Meeting Rooms – Two meeting rooms that can operate independently or be opened into one large

Terms and conditions
- All bookings require payment upfront, additional charges apply for larger scale events.
- Bookings are not confirmed until a signed booking form has been returned and payment made.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your booking will incur full fees associated with booking
- Additional equipment hire is available for additional cost
