The South Pine Indoor Sports Centre features three function rooms available for hire, offering flexible configurations to suit a wide range of events. Ideal for presentations, strategy meetings, breakout sessions, and social functions, these rooms can also be combined to create a larger space tailored to your needs.

Designed with comfort and productivity in mind, each function room includes high-speed internet and essential presentation tools. Simply bring your laptop, connect to the projector, and you’re ready to begin.

To complete your event experience, the Centre also offers a variety of catering options to suit different group sizes and dietary needs.

The centre is a fully licensed venue, with the ability to serve alcohol throughout operating hours in accordance with licensing requirements, providing organisers with the flexibility to enhance their event experience.

Booking Information

The function rooms are wheelchair accessible from the car park via an internal lift. The centre has designated disability parking bays in the shared parking areas.

Accessible unisex toilets are on the ground floor and level one. There is also a Changing Places facility on the ground floor.

The function rooms hire includes:

Rooms can be hired in one hour blocks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. Hire outside of these hours is subject to request and may incur additional fees.
