South Pine Indoor Sports Centre offers two flexible meeting rooms that can be used separately or combined into one large, open space. Each room features high-speed internet, HDMI connectivity, a projector, air conditioning, and a whiteboard—everything you need for a seamless event experience. Catering options are also available. With seating for up to 50 people per room, our spaces are perfect for meetings, training sessions, workshops, and community events

Booking Information

The boardroom is wheelchair accessible from the car park via an internal lift. The centre has designated disability parking bays in the shared parking areas.

Accessible unisex toilets are on the ground floor and level one. There is also a Changing Places facility on the ground floor.

The boardroom hire includes:

Boardroom table and 10 executive chairs
Video conferencing system, connect your laptop using HDMI and USB cables on the table
LED screen
Whiteboard
High-speed internet.

Rooms can be hired in one hour blocks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. Hire outside of these hours is subject to request and may incur additional fees.
